José Fernández is an internationally respected real estate professional, educator, and humanitarian with more than 20 years of industry experience. Originally from Puerto Rico, he made South Florida his home—drawn by its culture, diversity, and lifestyle.
A Master’s graduate in Hospitality from Florida International University (FIU), José is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and measurable results. His approach is guided by Gary Keller’s The ONE Thing, helping professionals focus on what truly matters.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish), José holds an extensive list of elite designations including CIPS, CRS, CLHMS, and CSHP. He was the first Certified Senior Housing Professional in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
His leadership and impact have earned him major recognitions, including the MO Anderson Culture of Excellence Award (2023 – First Recipient), Humanitarian of the Year (2016), and South Florida Cultural Ambassador (2021).
Beyond real estate, José is a global educator and philanthropist, having traveled to more than 40 countries while sharing knowledge, building communities, and giving back.

Roatán Peer Health Exchange (RPHE) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health education, youth empowerment, and mental well-being across Roatán and surrounding communities.
Through culturally relevant, peer-to-peer programming, RPHE centers youth voices while building knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills that create lasting community impact.
RPHE delivers comprehensive education in sexual and reproductive health, including menstrual health, HIV/STI awareness, self-esteem, and informed decision-making. Mental health and psychosocial support are intentionally integrated into all initiatives, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
With a strong focus on girls’ and women’s empowerment, RPHE supports income-generating and skill-building programs such as Coco Fiber Arts, while also offering life skills and leadership development opportunities for youth and young adults.
Innovative land- and sea-based initiatives—including scuba certification programs for girls—reflect RPHE’s commitment to experiential learning, confidence building, and environmental connection.
RPHE collaborates closely with schools, community leaders, businesses, and global partners to ensure programs are impactful, sustainable, and locally led.
RPHE is committed to long-term community resilience—fostering leadership, empowerment, and well-being one generation at a time.

Meet Ana Flores who is the person and the passion behind Keller Williams Roatan.
Since moving here to Roatan from her hometown of San Pedro Sula in 2008, Ana has submerged herself into the new, calm, laidback developed paradise that still gives that small-town feel.
Using her degree in Marketing and International Business, she started as the Marketing Director of one of the most exclusive resorts on the island and her career has seen her own a travel agency, a property management company, and, to this day, co-owns the construction company LUANCO. She then followed her ambition to become a realtor.
Ana has been consistently one of the top-selling agents on Roatan for 7 years prior to taking the leap and buying the Keller Williams franchise for the Bay Islands region.
After refining her skills, fueling her ambition, and fulfilling so many career goals, she has embraced this new opportunity to influence how real estate is conducted on the island.
Trudy Hilton
Native Islander of Roatan, Vice Mayor 2022-2026, founder of Roatan Peer Health Exchange, passionate about youth empowerment and community service.
Trudy Hilton
Trudy Hilton is a Native Islander of Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras, born on November 4th, 1990.
She grew up in Sandy Bay; her mother was a single parent raising four children. Trudy was co-raised by her grandfather and neighbors.
She has dedicated her life to community development, youth empowerment, and public service, currently serving as Vice Mayor of Roatan for the 2022-2026 term.
Through her leadership and advocacy, Trudy has become recognized for her commitment to empowering youth, supporting education initiatives, and strengthening community engagement throughout Roatan and the Bay Islands.
She is also the founder of Roatan Peer Health Exchange and continues to work passionately toward creating opportunities and positive change for future generations.
Kirby Warren
Entrepreneur, business leader, former city councilman, licensed realtor, and owner of Roatan Realty Solutions.
Kirby Warren
Kirby Warren is a Roatán native, entrepreneur, business leader, former city councilman, licensed realtor, and owner of Roatan Realty Solutions, recognized for his contributions to the tourism, hospitality, real estate, and community development sectors in the Bay Islands.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Kirby brings more than 22 years of professional experience in customer service, business development, operations management, entrepreneurship, and public service.
Deeply connected to his island roots, Kirby has dedicated his career to creating businesses and opportunities that contribute to the growth and development of Roatán.
He previously served as a city councilman, where he worked to support community initiatives and local development across the island.
He is the Owner and General Manager of South Shore Zipline Adventures, one of the island’s premier eco-adventure attractions, and in 2022 expanded his entrepreneurial ventures with the opening of Mutton Pepper Caribbean Grill, a restaurant known for its authentic Caribbean flavors and welcoming island atmosphere.
In 2024, Kirby further expanded his professional career by becoming a licensed realtor in the Bay Islands and founding Roatan Realty Solutions, where he assists clients in navigating investment and real estate opportunities throughout the island.
Known for his leadership, resilience, and vision, Kirby is passionate about empowering others through entrepreneurship, personal growth, and community impact.
